rentlatino.com is run by Rent Latino LLC (“we”, “us”). For anything about your data, write to info@rentlatino.com.
What we receive
When you email us: your email address, your name if you give it, and what you write.
When you visit the site: like every website, ours receives your IP address, your browser type and the page you asked for. Our hosting provider, Cloudflare, receives these to deliver the page and to protect the site against attacks.

A person reads every message. Nothing is decided automatically about you. We send no newsletters or marketing emails.

We are based in the United States, so what you send us may be processed there.
How long we keep it
- Emails: 12 months after our last exchange, unless they become part of a booking or a contract, which we keep as long as the law requires.
Your rights
You can ask us to:
- tell you what data we hold about you and give you a copy;
- correct it;
- delete it;
- limit how we use it, or object to a use based on our legitimate interest;
- send it to you or to someone else in a common format.
Write to info@rentlatino.com. It’s free, and we answer within one month. We offer these rights to everyone, wherever you live. You can also complain to a data-protection authority: in the EU or EEA, the one in your country; in the UK, the ICO; in Brazil, the ANPD.
Security
The whole site uses an encrypted connection (HTTPS). The site never handles card numbers or ID documents.
Children
Our services are for adults. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18.
